Regen has organized Annual Excursion in September 2018 to Sigiriya Village and stay one night. We have visited Ibbankatuwa Megalithic Cemetery on our way.
Dammakuta Meditation Centre

The Dhamma Kuta Vipassana Meditation Centre is located at Mowbrey, Mahakanda, in close proximity to the city of Kandy, the hill capital of Sri Lanka. Located in a serene, tranquil environment, it is encircled by a vista of mountains with the holy peak of Sri Pada, the Bible Rock and a host of other mountains in the horizon. The approach to the Centre is along the Galaha Road, 5 km from Peradeniya on the Colombo – Kandy Road. The Centre has the capacity to cater to about 80 meditators during a retreat. Much dedicated effort has gone in to provide an ideal environment for meditation at ‘Dhamma Kuta’.
Safety Awareness Programme

In November 2018, Regen has hosted one day Awareness Programe in Royal College Skills Development Centre for our Technical Team and companied by Regen Staff conducted by a special guest lecturer Mr. Lakshman Jansz. It was very successful and awarded certificates to the participants at the end of the Programme.
Damma Bikkuni Meditation Centre
Damma Bikkhuni Meditation Centre is a fully equipped training centre was established at Dekanduwela, Horana on a 10 acre land in 1993 by the Director of BCC, Ven. Kirama Wimalajothi Thero. Atop a mountain located in Kananwila, off Horana in the Kalutara District exists the Institution called Dekanduwela Bhikkuni Training Centre which is engaged in dissemination of knowledge gathered from ”Buddhist teaching to devoted Buddhists who have a general understanding of the dhamma. The idea is to teach them how one can achieve mind and self control through proper practice of Buddhist teachings.
